Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for cancelled lessons are subject to our discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Lesson Conduct:
- Students must arrive on time for their scheduled lessons. Late arrival may result in a shortened lesson time.
- Students are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor during the lesson.
- Any inappropriate behaviour or conduct that jeopardizes the safety of the student, instructor, or others on the road will not be tolerated.
Liability:
- Paul Driving School and its instructors are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during driving lessons or practice sessions.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary insurance coverage and a valid driver's license before participating in lessons.
Privacy Policy:
- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking process or through our website will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
